Although the commitment to working over spring break was overpromised by the team as a whole, we did get some positives out of spring break. Perhaps the biggest was that everyone got on board with our re-focus on the basics of iteration. Come to find out, many of our grandiose conversations about narrative and what the game would turn in to were worrying team members. Once we got settled back in to the scope of weekly builds, team morale increased and everyone seemed more invested in making the game work. Again though, over spring break (understandably so) the team went in to vacation mode and while we met a few times to talk about direction, velocity slowed down slightly.
Without much else to report, we looked forward to our first real sprint review the Tuesday after spring break!
