Day one.
Assembled a team.  My team consist of 3 engineers, 2 artist, and 1 producer.  The game engine we are to use is MonoGame, an open source multiple platform from of XNA using C# as its primary code base.  I feel confident since I have some experience in the past with XNA.  After a few hours of busting out the details we have the general feel and flow of our game.  As of now the code name of our game is Bat_Sim, more details to follow after we pitch our design and unique game mechanic on Thursdays.
